Taglocity™ 3 for Outlook is an email management and productivity add-in for Microsoft Outlook® 2003, 2007, and 2010 designed to save time processing and finding information. Taglocity Standard Edition is free!

You can use Taglocity 3 for Outlook on your own, or with workgroups using TeamFeed, a group collaboration service that improves team communication and unlocks knowledge from inboxes. And it makes sharing stuff easy without adding to email overload.

Taglocity turns Outlook into a better information system that saves time while harvesting knowledge. You save time processing email, and retrieving information from it later.

When it comes to email, Outlook has 'tunnel vision' – meaning it focuses on individual emails. Outlook makes you 'go hunting' to discover the full context of emails. If you use Taglocity's Contact Bar and Conversation Reader, then Taglocity puts all of that front and center. Example

For example, when you click on an email in Outlook, Taglocity automatically shows information about the sender, including a list of other conversations and attachments exchanged with the sender; and it shows the email in context of the whole conversation, including preview summaries of other emails and replies all in chronological order, regardless of which physical folders they're stored in. Taglocity provides the bigger picture so you're better informed and therefore can make better decisions. And all without wasting time hunting for things. In summary, with Outlook alone, you see emails. With Taglocity, you see information.

By almost effortlessly using tags (Outlook categories All Taglocity tags are mapped to Outlook categories, and saved on items as Outlook categories. You can even use the Outlook categories feature to assign and remove tags.), additional context is established for linking and organizing emails that's much for effective than using folders. Especially when trying to find something later!
