Taglocity Professional includes an Attachment Reminder feature designed to help prevent sending emails without attachments by mistake.
When you send email, Taglocity looks for specific words in the message body to guess if an attachment is intended. By default, these words are 'attachment ', 'attaching', and 'attached'; if any of them are found in the message body and there is no attachment, then Taglocity will halt the sending process and ask if you meant to attach something. If so, you can cancel the sending process, attach the file(s), and send it again.
Note You can change the default words Taglocity uses to guess if an attachment is intended. If you want to make it more precise, you can replace the single words with phrases such as 'the attachment' and/or 'see attached'.
Tip One of the default words Taglocity uses is 'attachment ' with a trailing space. The reason for the trailing space is to stop the word attachments (plural) from triggering a reminder prompt. This is because many people in business use a standard confidentiality disclaimer in the footer of their emails with the word 'attachments' in it, for example, something like this:
This message and any attachments are intended for the recipients only...bla bla
