Taglocity's Bulk Tagging feature allows you to tag or remove tags from every email in a folder, or multiple folders, at one time. In addition you can assign folder names as tags, assign parent folder names as tags, and automatically move lots of emails to other folders. This feature can help new users quickly tag and organize lots of existing emails and folders and save lots of time doing so.
Tip There are other methods for tagging multiple Outlook items at the same time: See Tagging Outlook items or Tagging Search Results or Auto Assigned Tags.
Tip Bulk tagging with the Auto Assigned Tags feature lets you filter content for tagging based on a specific criterion such from a particular person, or email containing certain words, or email with specific subjects etc.
Tip When you assign tags to a lot of items, and some of the items belong to tagged conversations, then Taglocity has to find and tag the other emails in those conversations. This can add significantly to the processing time. Even though a progress dialog box with a stop option is presented, you may want to skip the conversation tagging process to speed it up. You can stop the process and clear the tracking cache, essentially cancelling i.e. removing the Tag Conversation settings from all marked conversations all tagged conversations, then try tagging the items again.
