Clear Conversation Tracking Cache

When you mute conversations or mark conversations for automatic tagging, Taglocity tracks them in an internal cache. In order not to keep the cache size from getting too big, conversations are removed from the cache after 30 days of inactivity  such as no incoming emails related to the conversation. However, you may want to manually clear the cache if you change your mind about using the Tag Conversation or Mute Conversation features, or if it slowing down your Bulk Tagging operations too much.

To clear the Tag Conversation setting on all conversations

1.Click the Taglocity toolbar button or ribbon tab, then choose Configuration
2.In the left pane, click Tools & Support.
3.Click the Clear Tag Conversations Settings button in the Clear Conversation Tracking Cache section
4.Click Yes when prompted for confirmation
5.Click OK to close Taglocity Configuration

Note This feature removes ALL conversations from the tracking cache. It does not affect any existing tags or update any existing emails.

To clear all Mute Conversation tracking

1.Click the Taglocity toolbar button or ribbon tab, then choose Configuration
2.In the left pane, click Tools & Support.
3.Click the Clear Mute Conversation Tracking button in the Clear Conversation Tracking Cache section
4.Click Yes when prompted for confirmation
5.Click OK to close Taglocity Configuration

Note This feature removes ALL conversations from the tracking cache. It stops any future conversations from getting muted but does not update or move any existing emails.
