Outlook items containing one or more specific tags can be located using Taglocity Search.
To search for any Outlook items by tag(s)
1. | Click the Search button on the Taglocity toolbar or ribbon tab to open the Taglocity Search window |
or
Click on the Taglocity Search folder in the Outlook Navigation Pane (if you haven't deleted that folder)
2. | In the Tag Search list, select the tag(s) you want the results to contain. Search will begin as soon you make any changes in the Tag Search section |
3. | Select either the Must have: Any or All option to specify whether the search results must contain all the selected tags or just any of them |
Tip After the search is complete, Taglocity will build a tag cloud in the Prune Results section that contains all the tags found in the search results. You can use this tag cloud to create more relevant search results which can help find things faster than manually scrolling through a long list of results. See Prune Search Results for more information about this unique and powerful feature.
Tip The Tag Search section is collapsible. Use the expand/collapse buttons on the top right of the list to collapse or expand.
