Taglocity commands are used to access features. You will find them on a toolbar in Outlook 2003 and 2007, and on a ribbon tab in Outlook 2010. Also, some commands are available by right clicking on the email list as well as navigation pane.

The Taglocity toolbar is always on. Turning it off via the built-in Outlook toolbar customization feature can cause problems and is not recommended. However, the toolbar can be configured to take very little space if you like. For example, you can make it show icons only instead of icons and text, include or exclude the Taglocity Tagger and Taglocity Quick Search box, or hide any of the buttons. Tip If the buttons are off, then you can still access the features via the Taglocity button.

Medium size - icons only and Quick Search off
Full size - with Tagger, Quick Search, and button captions Note If you choose to have the Tagger on the toolbar, then the Tagger button appears in the Tagger's box.
