Keywords are words or a phrase used to find things in Outlook. The search results will contain the words entered.
To start a keyword search
1. | Click the Search button on the Taglocity toolbar or ribbon tab to open the Taglocity Search window |
or
Click on the Taglocity Search folder in the Outlook Navigation Pane (if you haven't deleted that folder)
2. | Type a keyword or keywords in the Type your search keywords here box |
3. | Press Enter on the keyboard, or click Go Find |
Exact Matching
If you want an exact match, then put quotes around the keywords. For example, the keywords product management would result in items containing the word product or management. But "product management" (with the quotes) would result in items containing the phrase product management, i.e. both words together, not either word.
Tip In the above example, if you want the results to contain both words, product and management, rather than any words, product or management, then put the capitalized word AND between them like this: product AND management
Tip You can sort the search results by any of the columns and use any or all of the other filter tools to narrow your search.
