Thanks for the suggestion. Perhaps one thing that can be done to achieve this in the meantime, is to put folders for content that you don’t want included in conversations or search results in a separate PST (data) file, and then tell WDS to exclude that data file from indexing. This can be done In Outlook 2007 simply by clicking the drop down list in the Search box, choose Search Options, then uncheck the data file.

Yes, I agree and a User Forum is planned and something we want to get up and running as soon as possible.
Just as some background to this, as explaination as to why we haven’t just thrown up a quick phpBB2 traditional forum, is that we did run a Taglocity Group called ‘Beta Forum’ during our beta program, and it had over 500 users. What we found is that the Taglocity group worked pretty well but was unsuited for a really large public community, i.e. as a public forum - the group concept seemed to work best as a private discussion medium.
So what we are doing now is working on new Taglocity Group features to make a better public forum (let people be anonymous, easier posting, moderation, better tagging etc) and will use that as a way for the community to share ideas/best practices.
So a great suggestion and…

We have added a Tag Cloud to the Tag Filter (and Search results) for filtering email.

While this is a good idea, it takes the concept of tagging to a whole new level that is not part of our plans. Thanks for the suggestion.

Do you currently tag you contacts, as you can do that at the moment. Calendar entries, tasks, in fact more or less anything you see in Outlook can have tags assigned. I ask because you might be able to do a lot of what you describe already using tags and search folders / filters.
Thanks for the feedback.

The current TagBar could become the TagCloud if it was done as a list of lists of tags rather than the current list of tags. The problem with the current TagBar is that, if you add too many tags to it, many of the tags cannot easily be displayed. By instead changing the TagBar into a list of lists of tags, it would be possible to represent the Tag hierarchy directly in the TagBar. You could actually remove the TagBar functionality for rearranging tags as, I think, most people will simply prefer to see their already constructed Tag hierarchy from Taglocity Configuration.
