The Conversation Reader is particularly useful if you find an email via Taglocity Search (or even an Outlook Search), and you're not sure if it's the latest email in a conversation (thread), or if there are contributing emails not in the message body of the one you have found. With one click, the Taglocity Conversation Reader will show you the entire conversation of any email in the results, even if other messages in the conversation are not contained in the result set. This is great for finding the most recent email in a conversation to ensure you have the most up-to-date information for making decisions.
To open the Conversation Reader in Taglocity Search
| 1. | Conduct a search in Taglocity Search |
| 2. | Select an email in the search results |
| 3. | Click the Open Conversation button located above the search results |
