Send dialog default focus
I have updated to the new build of taglocity 3.0.3.1614. And the default focus of the tag after send dialog has changed to a text box instead of send.
This stops users from quickly being able to send emails quickly
The focus goes to the Tagger so you can quickly start typing tags and use the auto-complete with bundling feature for quick tagging.
If you don't want to tag, simply press Alt+S or Ctrl+Enter to send without having to use the [slow] mouse. There is a tooltip on the buttons that reminds you of these keyboard shortcuts.

Give me tag action to "Tag conversation"
I want to "tag conversation" without opening the Conversation window and hitting a checkbox, nor adding extra shrunken windows to my screen.
A tag action, or reserved tag would be awesome!

bugfix popup when deleting mails in search window
When mail view is opend, outlook tries to show the just deleted mail and pops two errror messages. When deleten 50 Mails, It's 100 clicks. UGH!

Bug: adding tag sometimes tags entire inbox
Sometimes when tagging a an email or meeting invite (using Tags field at the bottom) and checking "Tag Conversation". every single item in my inbox gets tagged. This has happened twice in two days. May be unrelated, but it seems like the "Welcome to Taglocitiy" email showed up at the top of my inb more

Feature to Manage / Remove old unused tags
Probably we all have many / lots of tags not used for a long time. The idea is to clean up old non used tags. I guess that would benefit the overall performance.
If the program keeps records about the date when the tags have been applied, the it would be possible to short them using that criteria I more

Autoassign should let me create new tags
When I add a new 'autoassign' rule it would really help the usuability if I could type a new tag name into the empty tag assignment box. The step of having to tag it first, then configure the autoassign seems like too many steps.

upgrade Move to folder action ala Speed filer
Currently I need to run two add ins, Taglocisty for tagging and Speed file for filing. What would be great would be to have the move to folder action pop a dialogue on send (or file) tag to prompt user for folder to file in. Speed filer does this and by analysing the email makes several suggestions more

what should be filled values in auto-assign tags
for example:
subject: LNU 3 sets MR shipping add
Field name: subject
comparison: contains
The key words are "LNU" and "MR".
what should I fill in the "value" field? -

Notes to Emails and Contacts
Tagging sure is a good way to help organize emails and contacts, but if there would be a possibility of adding notes within taglocity like in OutNote, I think it would make it even more usefull.

bug: new tags are not processed (only in dialog "send mail without tag") (3.0 beta)
After using the 3.0 beta for a while new tags are not regonized when entered in the dialog which opens when I send a mail without tags. All other dialog fields accept new tags correctly. It worked in the first time.
This is a must have ;)Thanks for reporting this...we have corrected it for the next beta update.

Add setting to "Tag future messages" by default in conversation reader pane.
I use the conversation reader pane to tag and process all mail in a thread at once. It would be nice if I could just type in my tags and hit enter instead of having to click the check box each conversation to "Tag future messages".

to allow changing tags of a msg from within search results
I use some tags as @wait and @nextaction to get a list in the search results of messages which require some action, of wait for a respons.
When the action is done, or an answer received, I have to open the message to delete the tag. So it would be easier to change or remove tags for messages from w moreStatus: planned -

Bundle duplicate tags
While going through the things to try help pages, I used the bundling feature to save more time on common tags. I would like to be able to add the same tag to multiple bundles. For example.
-Service
-Training
-Travel
-Expense
-Training
-TravelYou can do that already. Simply add a new tag with the same and put it where you want. Tags with the same name share the same properties so, for example, if you change the color in one location, it will change for that tag in other bundles too.

bugfix move to folder by tagging in O2003/V3
more often than not, it doesn't move the Mail out of Inbox. Sometimes auto tag is applied, but Mail still in Inbox. Then, I remove tag an type it in again, and sometimes it really moves the Mail then, but sometime the Mail stays in Inbox whatever I try.
I even fixed my ost and disabled all other plugins. -

Problem with keyboard functionality with Taglocity enabled
When using Outlook 2007 (12.0.6504.5000) SP2 (12.0.6425.1000) with Taglocity 3 beta (Build 3.0.1.1181 I believe), my keyboard doesn't work as expected.

suggested tags should add parent tags
I use the tree system for tags and if I start to type a tag in the input box it gives me the option of either adding the tag on its own or adding all the parents of that tag in one click - the suggested tags only adds the tag you click on - is there any way to make it add all parent tags as well, if more

Provide ability to save searches from Taglocity Search Pane
I spend my whole day in this pane, as the search is incredibly fast and powerful. But, I have to keep switching out my tags and search words as I look for other groups of tasks/emails (note: I'm not talking about creating search folders in Outlook...this doesn't take advantage of Taglocity's robus more
