Add a knowledge base and search to your support site
Would be great to see more KB articles showing the results of problems/questions other people have had and to be able to search them.

Exclude certain folders from suggested tags
Ability to permanently exclude certain folders from the list of suggested tags.
For example, in Spanish, Inbox is called "Bandeja de Entrada", Personal Folders in called "Carpetas Personales". I always have to select and remove these tags. Very annoying.

support searching for a tag in configuration (vs. searching items with a tag).
At the moment Taglocity supports search for items that have a particular tag (or several tags or other search criteria). However, I have dozens if not hundreds of tags and it is pretty hard to find a particular one in the configuration window. It would be extremely time saving if I could search for more
This is already somewhat supported although not obvious (even though it is noted in the help system, we could do a better job making it more intuitive).
Click the top node of the tree and start typing the tag's name to quickly locate it. As you type, the focus will automatically go to matching tags. Click in the tree again to begin a new keystroke search.

Auto Publish
When I tag a message with a Group Tag I would like the message to be auto published to the group.
Preferably the auto publish is an option in tag properties. -

It would be great if you could scan a folder and apply the auto tagging rules to it.
Auto tags only get applied to new emails. It would be very useful if you could scan a folder and apply to all items in theis out look folder. That way you could tag items that existed before you installed taglocity or before you created the tag

Option for conversation tagging to not do 'actions' on new mail.
I live by Taglocity, but most of my tags move emails to folders. For a while, I was using the conversation tagging feature and didn't know I was missing emails and meeting requests. I would like a global option for conversation tagging to apply tags but not do move 'actions' on incoming mail. I'm more

prefix or append subject based on tag category
i find myself typing "job addresses" in the subject line for every new email i send, and i also select the same "job address" tag. It would be awesome if when I select the TAG, and the email is NEW, then the TAG is prefixed with a seperator to the subject line. This can be a checkbox on the config more

Search pane updating
Updating a tag in the search pane does not seem to update the underlying email (update, exit, return to search pane and see it didn't take).
Also, search results not updated in real-time. I moved an email from one folder to another, but the search pane shows me two copies of the same email, one more

Hierachical tags: add a search option to find all items with any sub tag.
I want to find all items tagged with any tag under a specific main tag (main = higher level in the herachy). Today I can achieve this only at tagging time by selecting not a specific tag but the tag "path". I would prefer to have this function at search time evaluating the current tag tree.

show sender's Presence Status in Conversation Reader
Outlook has an option to show the email sender's presence status in the Reader pane. Please either honor the Outlook option in the conversation reader or add a similar capability to the Taglocity configuration.
Is this an extended feature in Outlook? If so, what is the underlying technology used? I'd like to learn more about this.

Let the Tag Filter work on messages in a PST file
I've never actually seen the Tag Filter work, but I only tag email messages, and all the messages I tag are moved to a folder in a PST (as a result of the tagging). Conversation Reader Subject Ignore Override.
A lot of my emails get this text added to the beginning of subject [TID:11111]. This is from our support ticket tracking system. The original email does not have that text in the subject, but all future emails do. The conversation reader does not recognize the original email as part of the conver more
Outlook tracks the conversation ID that Taglocity uses to build conversations. If email originates from an email client other than Outlook, then the conversation ID is different from the one that Outlook manages. For this reason, Taglocity provides the option to try to match email conversations by Subject. So in your case, the support ticketing system sends email without the same conversation ID that Outlook would use. That is why the original message is not included, and then because the subject got changed, Taglocity doesn't include it when you choose to use the Subject for building conversations. So I'm not sure what you can do?

Group Auto Assign Tag
To make tagging consistent across my company, I would like to have a feature where Auto Assign Tags are based on Group Rules, that I can publish to all members of the group.
This way I can make sure all emails are properly and consistently tagged.Status: plannedThis is a logical extension of the Auto Assign Tag feature and is on our roadmap for a future release. Thanks for putting the suggestion here.

New TagAction: Ignore conversion
Possibility to add a tag to the current element only, even if 'add to conversation' is enabled for the element.
I.e. I created a tag called 'receipt of reading' which moves the element into another folder. Unfortunately by applying this tag the whole conversion is being tagged and moved.

FYI: There is a setting to ignore Move-to-folder actions in the Sent Items folder. This way replies are kept in Sent Items and all other messages in the conversation will be kept together when Move-to-folder actions are run on conversations.

Allow setting colors with right-click flyout from filter!
Heck, anywhere the blooming tags are enumerated.
Here's the philosophical point: When I CREATE a tag, I want to specify it's color because that's the moment I see that the color is bogus.

bugfix search in subfolders
In Taglocity search window, I only get results if I choose the first level subfolder AS WELL as the second subfolder I want to search. In my hirarchie, if I want to search only in one folder I need to get the results as well. Nasty inconvenient.
