Feature to Manage / Remove old unused tags

Probably we all have many / lots of tags not used for a long time. The idea is to clean up old non used tags. I guess that would benefit the overall performance.

If the program keeps records about the date when the tags have been applied, the it would be possible to short them using that criteria In the configuration editor.
