Uninstall of expired Taglocity Beta 3.0 wrecked Office 2007
None of my apps work, nor will Visual Studio 2005. Get an error msgs for event id's 59 & 32, referencing "assemblies not installed" - vc81.crt & msoxmlmf.dll
These errors happened IMMEDIATELY after Taglocity uninstall & reboot. Please provide any suggestions for repair asap.

Very surprised to see that Jim - it's certainly nothing I've ever seen before in my many installs/uninstalls.
By the looks of your errors the installer seems to have taken off the VC81 C++ run-time and the a file related to InfoPath (an XML Mime type handler). The InfoPath is especially odd, as Taglocity does not reference it, nor install it. Taglocity does install the VC8 runtime though (if that's not found, but yours is with VS2005), although it does it with the standard installation merge module from Microsoft. I'll contact you via email, but my first impressions would be to either: - Run a repair on Office 2007. or - Install Taglocity Beta 3.1 I'll be in touch - apologies if this is anything we'd inadvertently caused.
Looks related to an installer issue we had on XP/W2003 but not Vista. Please see the thread here for more info:
