font size of tags in tagcloud

Hi,
Suddenly the font size of Tags in my tagcloud has become very small such that it is unreadable , I restarted my outlook but to no avail ? Any pointers to resolve this ?

Hi - It might be the TagCloud 'zoom' factor.

If you use the mouse wheel or the +/- keys while the TagCloud has focus then you can resize the fonts dynamically. It may be the case that you've zoomed out too far.

I've added a 'reset' to the new config options for the 1.0.4 update to this option (due soon, but still testing).

In the meantime you can try 'zooming' out, i.e. click into the TagCloud and scroll the wheel away from you, i.e. 'up'.

You can also manually edit the zoom value with the following steps:

(1) Shutdown Outlook
(2) Go to directory :/Program Files/IngBox Software/Taglocity
(3) Edit in Notepad the file 'tagsconfig.xml'.
(4) Set the zoom factor line to zero, i.e.:

<tagCloudZoomFactor>0</tagCloudZoomFactor>

(5) Save the file.

When you restart Outlook the resizing will be the defaults.
