A wee green tick next to a username indicates an administrator or employee of IngBox Software

Defect - Taglocity - Tag Search Folder empty...

I have installed Taglocity, and MSN Desktop search as required.

However the Taglocity folder is empty, meaning i cannot search across tags. Clearly this makes tagging pointless.

Any ideas?

Hi Andy,

Looks like there is a problem viewing your TagSearch view.

Could you use the 'Taglocity->Report a Bug' menu option please?

If you flip the 'Diagnostics On', then try the TagSearch again, return to 'Report a Bug' and email in the log, then it will help me track down what's going on.
