Tagcloud way of tagging
Allow for a taglcoud of your most popular tags to be used to put some tags on or off.

The current TagBar could become the TagCloud if it was done as a list of lists of tags rather than the current list of tags. The problem with the current TagBar is that, if you add too many tags to it, many of the tags cannot easily be displayed. By instead changing the TagBar into a list of lists of tags, it would be possible to represent the Tag hierarchy directly in the TagBar. You could actually remove the TagBar functionality for rearranging tags as, I think, most people will simply prefer to see... more
