remember email address and related contact

Usually Taglocity is not able to find the correct contact to an email in the Taglocity pane.
It is possible to select the correct contact in the drop down list, but it seems, that this relation is not being saved.
When the email is re-selected the link to the correct address is lost again.

    Doesn't has anybody else this problem? Because of this the contact information in the taglocity pane is completely useless for me, because the outlook contact never could be found :(
