The Taglocity TagCloud is a tool that allows you to instantly see what tags you have, what the current status of an Outlook item is, and a way to tag new things.
The TagCloud can be easy to use as the tags that you use the most are made a larger size. This in turn makes them easier to find. As you tag more things then the TagCloud starts to reformat to reflect what you normally access.

Important things to note about the TagCloud Tool:
You can always use theTAB and ARROW keys to move to select tags in these lists. Use the SPACE key to select.
If you click into the TagCloud and type the first letter of the tag you are looking for, then the TagCloud will highlight those tags. Here is what pressing the 'A' key looks like in the above example:
Please note that your TAB and ARROW keys will now only select the highlighted tags. You can press the ESC key to cancel the highlights.
You can use the Mouse Middle Scroll Wheel to resize zoom the text of the Tags in the cloud. You can also use the + (plus) and - (minus) keys to zoom in and out.
If you mouse hover over any Tag label, you will see details in the form of a ToolTip for that tag.
If you use the PopUp Menu Mouse (Right Mouse Button) either on or off a tag label then you see the following options:
