Travelling Tags - Outlook Email Headings
In using the travelling tags, I got five extra headings printed out on my emails: Follow Up Flag, Flag Status, Categories, AutoTagScore, & TaglineFlag.
These are in addition to the footer tags, which is where I thought the tag context would be published. Is this standard behaviour or some setting I have on my outlook? I also noticed that only eight tags were shown on the message header, but I had 13 tags set - obviously 10 are not enough anyone ;-)
When you print emails to paper it looks like Outlook takes any 'non-empty' properties on the item and puts them in the header. There doesn't seem to be a way to control this.
The limited number of shown tags looks like that the printing support in Outlook only shows the first 50 characters or so, which means it truncates. I'll look to see if there is anyway to expand/supress this. Thanks for the info. |
