max number of tags

After I created 16 tags, I can't create any more.
In effect it is possible to create them, but they are not enabled.

Is it a limit of the free version?

Yes.

After the demo period expires it limits the number of active tags. No configuration is lost but you do have to have the Pro version to use them all.
