Grey Tag Bar Didn't Appear

When I turned the setting on in the Taglocity Settings screen, the grey tag bar didn't appear in the message that was currently on the screen.  I clicked it a few times, waiting for something to happen, and finally gave up.  It wasn't until I then went to the next message, I saw the grey bar appear.

It looks like that setting only gets 'Flag Status Message Header' only get applied to whatever you do *after* it is set.

I'll raise it as a bug and look to see if the currently open/edited emails can get refreshed.
