New Tag in Tag Cloud

Maybe it's supposed to work this way?  I didn't see the link to add a new tag in teh tag cloud until I went over the 8 predefined tags.  It would be nice to see that link from tag #1.

Yes, it's deliberate, and yes, it does sort of suck actually.

I'd like to see the "(New Tag...)" as the very first item in the tag cloud, so I don't have to work to make very end of the tag cloud list visible. Though I don't have many tags yet.
