    Autoassign should let me create new tags

    When I add a new 'autoassign' rule it would really help the usuability if I could type a new tag name into the empty tag assignment box. The step of having to tag it first, then configure the autoassign seems like too many steps.

    Let the Tag Filter work on messages in a PST file

    I've never actually seen the Tag Filter work, but I only tag email messages, and all the messages I tag are moved to a folder in a PST (as a result of the tagging). When I go to that folder and try to use the Tag Filter, nothing happens to the list of messages. In all honesty, I don't know why my... more

    Apply tag to existing message based on forward or reply tags

    When I forward or reply to a message, I will add tags to that message, and then I will have to apply the same tags to the message to which I replied or I just forwarded.

    Can it prompt me or automatically apply the same tags to the existing message?

    Taglocity 3.0 (out in beta now) has this feature. There is a check box on each message that allows you to 'tag the conversation'. Also, the Conversation Reader has a similar check box to tag all future messages in the conversation.

    prefix or append subject based on tag category

    i find myself typing "job addresses" in the subject line for every new email i send, and i also select the same "job address" tag. It would be awesome if when I select the TAG, and the email is NEW, then the TAG is prefixed with a seperator to the subject line. This can be a... more
