Tag filter only returns items from the currently selected folder. I'd like it to return items from all sub-folders as well. I've got a substantial number of folders in my inbox that I previously moved items to. I'd like to use tag filter with inbox selected and be able to see messages from all of my pre-sorted folders

No updates or news since sept/2010. You guys quit the development of the plugin? If so, why not opening it to the community so that it can eventually be developed by some good souls? That way I won't need to uninstall it and lose my money...

I also tag my calendar items to help me keep track of time spent on projects and other activities. It would be REALLY helpful if I could have the taglocity tagger display on my calendar pane also.

I love the conversation view (it is why I found taglocity and the only part of the plugin I use) and would love this feature to be better integrated into Outlook. Would it be possible to replace the entire view (not just the preview pane) with Taglocity's conversation view to create a more Gmail like experience?

Similar to Outlook Rules, which allows you to apply a newly created rule to existing messages. Frequently I only discover the need for an "Auto Assign Tag" rule AFTER I see the message. I would like the create the Auto-Tag Rule, then "Apply" it to all mail.

When using the tag editor I have found duplicate terms I would like the ability to merge one term into another term for example two tags: MVC and Model View Controller It would be nice to have the option to merge MVC into Model View Controller without having to re-tag all the email.

Title pretty much sums it; it would be nice if you could have an option to have a tag auto-assign if the text of an email subject matched a tag already in the user database. Example: I have a tag for "Invoices" - receive an email called "Outstanding Invoices On Your Account" - when you select the email it is already tagged Invoices. While this can be done manually by adding an auto-assign for each tag, that is quite tedious.

In Office 2007, if you want to move your cursor from the tagger to the e-mail list you hit Escape. This does not work In Office 2010. In Addition, doing a ctl+T doesn't always move the cursor back to the e-mail list. I would like to be able to hit Escape to move my cursor back to the e-mail list.

Using Move To Folder with multiple tags

I have gone from 20+ Outlook folders to two, thanks to Taglocity. I now have an Action and an Archieve folder. In the Archive folder, I find myself wanting to look at all emails that are NOT tagged with a specific tag. I have log and monitor emails that clog up my Archieve folder and I would like to filter these out to get an overview of the rest. Is this possible?

1) With Taglocity Search, you can search on the tag you don't want, then right click on it in the prune tag cloud and choose 'Must not contain"
2) Create a custom Outlook Search Folder, choose the Advanced tab, then filter on the Category field.

What would be great would be to have the move to folder action pop a dialogue on send (or file) tag to prompt user for folder to file in. Speed filer does this and by analysing the email makes several suggestions as well as allowing direct entry using predictive input. I find the FIXED folder destination by TAG restrictive and have stopped using it.

One of the TagActions that might be useful is to mark the email for followup in Outlook. This is more than just tag it with a "Followup" tag -- this is use the Outlook followup menus so that it shows up as flagged in various windows in Outlook.

I have already about 200 tags (don't know if this is unusually high, but it is still growing!). It is a nightmare to maintain my tags. I couldn't find even a sorting or search, when I just want to change the settings on a specific tag. And reorganising a hierachical structure of hundreds of tags seems to be impossible. Great tool, I can't live without it. Thanks Thomas
