Technical Support Specialist
Position Overview
Terazen Technology is currently seeking experienced Technical
Support Specialists. The Technical Support Specialist is the liaison
between customers and the company. As such the successful candidates will
be results oriented, self-motivated, and have demonstrated superior customer
interactions skills.

Responsibilities
- Monitor daily support activities of multiple
customers;
- Review activities of all open support calls;
- Intervene on behalf of customers to ensure all service
levels are met;
- Communicate daily with customers to ensure they
understand that we care about about service;
- Meet with development and product management staff to
address development/product enhancement needs based on customer feedback;
- Demonstrate sound technical, business and
interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent decision making ability;
Requirements
- BA or BS in Computer Science or related field;
- 2+ years supporting software applications;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong knowledge of Internet and server solutions;
- Experience with email systems;
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving
skills;
- Willingness and ability to share knowledge and
ideas;
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to manage multiple complex clients and
actions simultaneously;
- Ability to establish rapport, trust and confidence with
team and peers;
