Responsibilities
To take a product from concept all the way through to
customer launch;
Design authority for a major Internet facing
collaboration website;
Engineering leadership, including the managing and
mentoring of others;
Write great code that makes us all keen to show it off to
the world.
Requirements
5+ years experience writing code with at least 3 years on
C#/.NET;
A degree in computing science or related post-secondary
education;
Experience with leading a team on at least one major ASP.NET projects to a
successful launch;
Willingness and ability to share knowledge and
ideas;
Ability to establish rapport, trust and confidence with
team and peers;
Hold the belief that what you work on should make a
difference, that shipping features is more important than meetings and that
people work best when they love what they do;
