Terazen Acquires Taglocity to Deliver Revolutionary Email Tagging Solution  

Powerful tagging technology integrated with Microsoft Outlook eloquently solves common email management inefficiencies without complex rules or a new way of working

Vancouver, BC, February 13, 2007 – Terazen today announced that it has acquired the assets of privately-held IngBox Software Ltd., of Dorchester, UK, in an all-cash transaction.  IngBox Software is the developer of Taglocity, an add-in for Microsoft Outlook that empowers people to take control of messy inboxes and organize lots of information resulting in much better time management and improved productivity. 

People use Taglocity to tag email and other Microsoft Outlook information.  A tag is simply a word used to describe email messages, contacts, tasks, etc.  Unlike folders, people make up tags when they need them and use as many as they want.  The result is a better way to organize Outlook information that transforms the act of ‘searching’ into ‘finding’.  It also provides a great way to communicate more clearly with others.

Terazen was recently founded by David Ing and Dave Towert, both veterans in the software industry, for the purpose of establishing a partnership and North American operating base in Vancouver, BC.  The company has sufficient private funding in place to execute its comprehensive go-to-market strategy including the expansion of its solutions and sales force.  Further details will be disclosed in the coming months.
